All was good.

I had a great experience during my stay at Hotel Sterne. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by the owner, who made me feel right at home. The personal approach and attention to detail really stood out. The location of the hotel, up in the mountains with a stunning view over the lake, was absolutely breathtaking. The cleanliness and tidiness of the property were impeccable. Additionally, the restaurant at the hotel served delicious food at reasonable prices.

Although the place could be a bit small for a group of four people, it was a minor drawback in comparison to the amazing view and overall experience.

The view from the room was stunning, with a clear sight of the mountains and a serene lake. the couple managing the hotel were very helpful and provided great recommendations on what to do and where to go around the area. They even offered complimentary winter gear and had toys for the kids to play with.

The stay was too short and I regret not being able to enjoy the view and the amenities of the hotel for a longer period. the room was cozy but lacked some basic amenities that could have made the stay more comfortable.

This hotel is perfectly situated near Lake Thun, just a short drive to the Interlaken train station. The stunning views from the balcony showcase the snow-covered mountains and the crystal-clear lake. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen. The friendly staff was always available to offer helpful tips and recommendations. The hotel also provides winter wear and gear for guests to use. I especially enjoyed cooking breakfast in the morning and enjoying it on the balcony while taking in the unbeatable views.

The windows and doors could use some repairs.

Our stay was too short, lasting only 2 nights. It would have been great to have more time to fully enjoy the exceptional hospitality of the hosts and explore the surrounding towns and attractions further.

The hosts were incredibly warm and helpful, even assisting with organizing our itinerary. The convenience of the bus station being just a 1-minute walk away was a bonus. I highly recommend this hotel for an excellent experience in Switzerland.

The location of the hotel was superb, as it was situated down the mountain and just across the lake. The hosts were very friendly and always ready to offer advice about the surrounding areas. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The service provided by the staff was excellent. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious homemade and local dishes. The view from the balcony was breathtaking.

The only drawback was the limited bus service to the city, which may cause delays for those with time constraints.

This hotel in the mountains of Beatenberg has an awesome view and lovely hosts. The rooms, including those with a small kitchen, are kept very clean. I particularly enjoyed sitting on the balcony and soaking in the stunning scenery. Breakfast was included and a great way to start the day.

No complaints, everything was just perfect!
