Quiet room, big bed, friendly staff, very clean, newly renovated bathroom. Fantastic breakfast, brand new sauna, bike room available. Excellent espresso, cappuccino at breakfast. Beautiful rooms, great bedding, excellent bathroom facilities. Helpful staff, provided adapters, opened dining room early. Great location, near cable car stop and center area. Local traffic card provided. Big room with balcony and mountain view, very clean and comfortable.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. the value for money was exceptional. The prices were reasonable considering the location, which was situated in a quieter area of the town. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the hotel, from the basic amenities to the beautifully designed rooms with a nice balcony. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near the cable car to the beautiful Schatzalp alpine garden, and it's just a short walk down to the town center. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with renovated bathrooms and a big, comfortable bed. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing exceptional service throughout the stay. The breakfast is fantastic, offering a wide variety of choices. Additionally, there are facilities like a sauna, bike room, and a working computer.

The pillows provided in the rooms were not very comfortable and required requesting additional ones.

Ideal computer availability at front desk, exceptional staff, good TV and views, excellent location, close to mountain gondolas.
