Sleeping in a cloud - super comfy huge bed!

I had the most incredible sleep at Uto Kulm. The bed was absolutely massive and the mattress felt like sleeping on a cloud. The bedding was fresh and clean, and the pillows were so soft and comfortable. I woke up feeling completely refreshed and rejuvenated. I highly recommend this hotel for its luxurious and comfortable accommodations.

This lovely retreat is located on top of a hill, boasting a breathtaking view of the city. It is a short walk away from the Uetliberg S-Bahn station, making it easily accessible. The rooms are nice and comfortable, and the staff provides excellent service. The breakfast offered is delicious and there are beautiful wellness facilities available. Guests can also enjoy a stroll around the area to soak in the incredible views.

One of the bars had a direct view into a guest's room, which could be uncomfortable for some.

We had an excellent stay at this venue. The location at the top of the hill provided us with a breathtaking view of the city. The service was great, including housekeeping and laundry. We were welcomed with a tasty drink and offered tours/ticket assistance. The room was prepared nicely and featured ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and in-room safe. The sitting area and terrace allowed us to relax and enjoy the view. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

As young people, we absolutely loved the unique and spectacular setting of the hotel. The hiking and running trails on the hill were a great addition for outdoor enthusiasts like us. The room was spacious and comfy, exceeding Swiss standards. The staff was responsive and even picked us up from the train station on a rainy day with our kids and luggage. The breakfast was excellent, and the view from the hotel was truly breathtaking. The complimentary mini-bar was a nice touch, and all the staff were friendly and spoke German, which was helpful for us.

Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

Located on a mountain, a 10-minute walk from the nearest train stop. Spacious rooms with beautiful views of the surroundings. Free tokens provided for the tower. No AC or elevator, but the rooms stay cool and it's only a few floors to climb.

The complimentary chocolates and champagne in the room were a nice touch. the hotel's location was perfect for a romantic escape, close enough to the city but still felt secluded. the view from the balcony was breathtaking, it felt like we were in a fairytale.

The staff were not very accommodating, it felt like they were doing us a favor rather than providing a service. the food in the restaurant was overpriced for the quality, and the service was slow.

One negative aspect is the noise and commotion due to the hotel's prime touristy location.
