Friendly staff, clean and quiet room, fantastic hotel spa, lovely town with shops, bars.

We recently stayed at this 4-star hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect for us, as it was right in the center and super close to the cable car and ski lift. We loved how convenient it was to access the slopes and explore the surrounding area. The hotel itself was luxurious and provided enhanced comfort and quality services. The staff was incredibly nice and attentive, always with a genuine smile. The room was perfect, impeccably clean, and had an outstanding view from the balcony. We also enjoyed the bar, with its delicious beer and live performances. this hotel exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to others.

Great location, friendly staff, delicious food, clean and tidy room.

The hotel's location is perfect for a ski vacation, being very close to the ski lift and offering easy access to the slopes. There is also a shortcut path that leads directly to the hotel, making it a convenient choice. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with great views over the valley. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast is bountiful and the restaurant serves delicious food. Additionally, the hotel offers facilities such as secure bike storage and a heated pool, perfect for families with children.

Some areas of the hotel, such as the room corridors, are in need of updating.

The location was perfect for skiing with the lift just across the street, and the rooms were clean and spacious with balconies. We also enjoyed the underground parking and the free spa facilities after a long day on the slopes.

We found the meals quite basic with limited options for breakfast and dinner. we had trouble finding parking nearby, and the nearby parking lot did not accept credit cards which created an inconvenience for us.
