The staff at the reception desk are friendly and accommodating, especially Sylvana who went above and beyond to find us a cooler room during a heat wave. The hotel provides a free travel card for easy transportation. The rooms are quiet and the curtains block out light, making for a peaceful stay. The hotel also kindly provided a bottle of Prosecco for my girlfriend's birthday, which was a nice touch.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location was not an issue as it was conveniently located just across the street from the main train station. This made it extremely easy for me to explore the city and visit all the attractions. The decor of the hotel was very attractive and the room I stayed in had great ceiling lighting that created a cozy ambiance. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing excellent service throughout my stay. Additionally, there was a nice restaurant attached to the hotel where I enjoyed delicious meals.

The suite at the hotel was beyond my expectations, offering a fantastic size and definitely worth the money paid. The breakfast provided was also a standout - unlike many other Swiss hotels, it was good and satisfying. Additionally, the location of the hotel was extremely convenient, being just 100 meters away from the railway station and with a tram station just 50 meters away. This made it easy to explore any part of the city.

There were a few aspects that I didn't particularly enjoy. the bed in the suite was too soft for my liking, although I understand that mattress preferences can vary from person to person.
