The breakfast was excellent with a friendly host. The direct connection to the Spa Baths was convenient. Unlimited Spa access included. Great pool experience. Staff was helpful and genuine. Perfect location next to the thermal pool. Free entrance to thermal pool and cable car to Gemmi Mountain.

The proximity to the thermal baths was unbeatable. Our room had a balcony with a stunning view, perfect for relaxation. The breakfast had a great variety, with delicious croissants and homemade cheese. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. we had a fantastic vacation at Hotel Viktoria.

Good spot next to the thermal pool and the cable car. the breakfast is enjoyable.

I thought the rooms are not as described in the advertisements. No swimming facilities, the hotel is right next to the thermal pool but it's a public one, so don't expect something in particular.
