The location provided a stunning view over the valley, from the room balconies or from the lobby, making it amazing just to sit and enjoy the view. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, providing enhanced comfort. The staff was extremely friendly and always ready to help, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The hotel had a nice and cozy atmosphere, with a beautiful lobby and bar area, offering a wide selection of drinks and a nice bar food menu. We especially loved the Club Sandwich and Chicken Caesar Salad, they were delicious. The hotel also had a nice spa area, where we could relax and unwind after a day of skiing. Speaking of skiing, this place was very convenient for ski-lovers, as we could rent equipment directly from the hotel and they even offered courses. we had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would recommend it to our friends without hesitation.

The bar staff seemed overworked and a bit tense, especially during the weekend. However, this did not overshadow the overall positive experience we had at this hotel.

During Christmas, we stayed at a hotel in the Gstaad area and had a great time. the hotel offered complimentary hot cocoa and cookies, which were perfect for the snowy weather. the hotel's location was in close proximity to the ski slopes, which allowed for easy access to the mountain. the hotel had a cozy fireplace in the lobby that we enjoyed sitting by and reading a book.

The first issue was that the hotel's Wi-Fi was unreliable and did not work consistently. the restaurant on site was very expensive, and we found ourselves having to go out of the hotel to find affordable dining options.

During our hike in the mountains, we were captivated by the stunning views of the surrounding peaks. The hotel's location on a hillside provided us with breathtaking vistas that truly made our adventure unforgettable. Additionally, the cozy rooms with balconies allowed us to relax and soak in the picturesque scenery after a long day of exploring.
