During our xmas stay, we were pleased with the cleanliness of the rooms and the comfortable beds. the location of the hotel was fantastic, as it was only a short walk from the train station and had a tram stop right outside the hotel. we appreciated the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff.

One aspect we were not fond of was the design of the shower, which was more suitable for disabled guests and resulted in a less comfortable experience. we noticed that the walls in the shower area were a bit dirty.

I recently stayed at Ibis in Basel for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and with easy access to the old town via the tram. Despite being so close to the train station, there was no noise disturbance at night. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. We received a free tram pass, which made getting around the city a breeze. The breakfast was delicious and the extra pillow that I requested was provided without any issues.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and efficient. They even noticed that it was my birthday and went out of their way to offer me a drink and snack. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the main train station, making it easy to get around. Additionally, there is a tram stop right next to the hotel, providing convenient transportation options to both the train station and the historical center of the city. The room itself was beautifully decorated, simple yet practical. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. I also enjoyed dining at the vegetarian restaurant, Tibits, located nearby. Another great recommendation from the hotel staff was Mum's Kitchen, a restaurant just 30 meters away, where I had the best crispy duck. this hotel provided an excellent experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the airport shuttle bus and train station. The hotel is also conveniently located right next to a tram station, making it easy to get to the city center in just 10-12 minutes. This was especially helpful for us as travelers. The room was clean and well-equipped, and we were provided with a transport card for 24 hours, allowing us to easily explore this city. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and we even received a special gesture for my birthday, which made our stay even more memorable.
