the value for money was excellent. The prices were affordable and the hotel offered good quality for the price. Secondly, the staff were very attentive and provided great service. They were helpful and friendly throughout my stay. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and clean. The bathroom had all the basic amenities and everything was in good working order. this hotel exceeded my expectations and I would definitely recommend it to others.

The continental breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options to choose from, including croissants, breads, cereals, and fresh fruit. The location was perfect, with Lake Lugano within walking distance and Lake Como just a short drive away in Italy.

The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when we needed to find a local restaurant that was open on Easter Sunday. the TV had a good selection of channels and the room was spacious enough for two people. the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to public transport and a short walk to the lake.

The cleanliness of the room left something to be desired, with some obvious signs that the previous guests had not been thoroughly cleaned up after. the extra charge for parking was quite steep.

The hotel location is perfect for exploring the city, whether by car or train. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and the room was spotlessly clean. We had a lovely air-conditioned room in the heart of Lugano Paradiso, close to restaurants and the lakefront. The shared resources with the other Accor hotels provided ample parking, which was a plus.

Even though there were a few drawbacks, such as the limited window opening and the thin towels, the overall value for money was good. The bed could have been more comfortable, and the breakfast options and lift wait times could have been improved.

We had a fantastic stay at the Ibis hotel. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction during our time there. We were warmly greeted at reception by Eleonara, who was not only friendly but also multilingual. She took care of all our needs and even allowed us to extend our car park checkout by a couple of hours, which was greatly appreciated. The hotel itself was immaculately clean, and the beds and bedding were incredibly comfortable.
