Beautiful property in the middle of Murren! The hosts were kind and accommodating, providing excellent service. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with a washer and dryer. Highly recommend for a group of friends.

Stunning views of the Swiss alps from our room at Hotel Jungfrau Murren. the rooms were clean, with nice facilities and a cute balcony. It was a relaxing and quiet stay in the off-the-beaten-path destination of Murren. the staff was friendly and the breakfast was excellent.

Located in a scenic village with stunning views of the mountains. Friendly staff and modern lounge area. Clean rooms and a relaxing space for reading or admiring the view. Great for families with a toy area and family-friendly policy. A superb breakfast and access to a nearby pool.

The staff was welcoming and allowed us to check in early. The room had a stunning view, spacious with a great balcony. The hotel was located in the center but still quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the Gondelbar and the restaurant for dinner. The hotel staff took good care of us, making our stay enjoyable.

We had a wonderful stay at Jungfrau Murren! The staff was amazing, always friendly and available, providing great recommendations for our rainy day. The spacious, clean rooms with comfortable beds and breathtaking views made our stay memorable. The hotel's older style perfectly reflected the charm of the town. The elevator was a big help for my mother with mobility issues. We regretted not dining sooner at the restaurant as the Malaysian food was a delicious surprise. The hotel's location allowed us to discover the whole town, and the added perks of passes to the sports complex and discounts on excursions were a bonus. We would gladly return!

Located far away from the cable car station, the hotel offers a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The staff is very pleasant and willing to assist guests with their bags. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with the option to request a room with a view of either the mountains or the grassy hill behind the hotel. The breakfast provides a wide variety of options, including eggs, pastries, bread, and yogurt. Guests can also enjoy free WiFi in the public spaces.

The walls and floors in some rooms have poor sound isolation, which can lead to disturbances from noise made by other guests.

Wow! The views from this hotel are absolutely breathtaking. The stunning mountain scenery will leave you in awe. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality and variety of the breakfast served at the hotel. The pastries and bread rolls were superb, and there was a great selection of cereals and a cooked breakfast too. Cannot fault it. The location of the hotel in the middle of the village is perfect. The complimentary snowshoe tour and hot cocoa were enjoyable. the location provided easy access to ski slopes and the train station was nearby. the view from the room was breathtaking and we were able to observe the festivity in the village from our window.

The staff was unfriendly and not accommodating to requests. It was also very noisy at night which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The rooms with mountain views have incredible views of the mountains from the small balconies. The breakfast spread includes many different selections of food.
