My stay at Kameha Grand Zurich was amazing! The staff was friendly and efficient, making sure every need was met. The hotel had a funky and unique design, with playful Swiss-themed decor throughout. The rooms were comfortable and well thought out, with a high-quality bathroom that had plenty of space and amenities. The location was convenient, just a short tram or bus ride away from Zurich center, and there were supermarkets nearby. The English/American breakfast buffet was delicious and the Italian restaurant on-site was excellent. I would definitely stay here again!

One major issue I encountered during my weekend at the hotel was the lack of attention to detail when it came to room maintenance. there were inconsistencies in providing the necessary amenities in the rooms, which caused inconvenience as I had to repeatedly ask for the missing items at the reception.

The sommelier provided excellent service and the wine was great. The lamb special in the restaurant was superb. Good quality bathroom and toiletries. Enjoyed the size and quantity of towels provided. Great quality toilet paper.

The check-in process was efficient, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to make me feel welcome and even provided an early check-in. The room was modern and well-designed, with automated features that added convenience. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a luxurious and restful sleep experience.
