As a young family, we loved our stay at this top-end hotel. The spacious rooms and luxuriously furnished accommodations provided all the comfort we needed. The friendly and accommodating staff made us feel right at home. The breakfast was truly excellent with a wide variety of high-quality food options. We also appreciated the convenient bike room where we could charge our e-scooter. the hotel was clean and well-maintained, ensuring a pleasant and memorable stay.

We were particularly impressed with the portuguese driver from the transfer service who provided us with useful information. The multiculti employees during breakfast were able to speak different languages, catering to all guests. The breakfast itself was of high quality, with a great variety of bread, pastry, and homemade butter. We also enjoyed the room service, which delivered great quality and good portion sizes. The hotel facilities, including the spa, were very nice and well-maintained. The spa, although crowded, was still enjoyable.

The staff were absolutely amazing and made our weekend stay an unforgettable experience. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to key attractions and activities. The spa facilities were incredible and provided the perfect relaxation after a day of exploring.

The housekeeping service was also a bit intrusive, waiting outside our door even when we had the privacy sign up. Additionally, some aspects of the spa experience, such as the lack of fresh fruit and the lack of enforcement of certain rules, were a letdown.

The hotel is centrally located yet very quiet, making it easily accessible. The rooms are large and well-appointed, with all the necessary amenities. I particularly enjoyed the separate toilet and bathroom, which had both a bathtub and a shower. Additionally, the staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout my stay.

There were a couple of downsides to my experience. the staff in the large restaurant seemed a bit awkward and nervous, and one morning there was no service available for getting coffee.

The most elegant property, excellent shuttle service, warm welcome with a drink, luxurious and comfortable rooms, superb dinner and champagne breakfast, courteous and helpful staff.
