Lovely warm accommodations in perfect location to public transport, shops, and restaurants. Top-floor room was spacious with sofa, table, and chairs. Breakfast had wide variety and pleasant service. English-speaking staff made communication easy. Great value for money with restaurant discounts and complimentary coffee and tea in room.

The location of this hotel was fantastic, being very close to Interlaken West train station and many public buses. The convenience of having free transportation cards provided by the hotel made getting around the city very easy. The view from my room was absolutely spectacular, with breathtaking mountain views, charming houses, and a bustling main road with shops and people walking around. The staff at the reception, especially Diane and the gentleman who worked in the afternoon/evening shift, were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel also provided an iron for my use throughout my stay. Free Wifi was available and the connection was good.

A last-minute choice due to a hospital visit, I was more than pleased with my stay at this lovely old hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the Superior Twin room was spacious. The location is ideal, just a short walk to the train station, and the hotel restaurant is good. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, with many options. Would definitely stay here again.

The ventilation fan in the bathroom was constantly on, creating a high pitched whistling sound when the door was closed, which was slightly annoying when trying to sleep.

The value for money at Krebs was exceptional, with a spacious room and comfortable beds. The location was perfect, within walking distance to shops, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating.

The only improvement I would suggest for the breakfast menu is to offer more variety.
