I had an incredible stay at a hotel in St. Moritz recently. The hotel had a breathtaking view of a frozen lake and snowy mountains, which made working from my room a challenge because I couldn't help but get distracted by the surrounding beauty. The dining options at the hotel were plentiful and each meal was delicious. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, ensuring that I never felt like I needed anything. The beds and pillows were so comfortable that I had the best night's sleep I've had in a long time. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and unforgettable experience.

The Junior Suite in the Middle Wing had a magnificent view of the lake and mountains. The breakfast in the Grand Restaurant was sumptuous with a great selection of fresh fruit and cereals. The Kulm Spa and its treatments were outstanding. The concierge service was exceptional, helping with pick-ups and providing a complimentary travel card.

The Kulm Spa was a one-of-a-kind experience, with heated pools, saunas, and a salt water steam grotto that left us feeling rejuvenated. The concierge team was resourceful and arranged a complimentary pick-up from the train station. The complimentary travel card was a great bonus for exploring the area. the Kulm Hotel offered a refined and inspiring hospitality experience and I highly recommend it to everyone visiting St. Moritz.

The spa/pool area was amazing, with a beautiful heated pool and a relaxing atmosphere. It was the perfect way to unwind after a day of skiing. the convenience of having a ski shop within the hotel was great. It made it easy for us to get our gear sorted out and ready for the slopes. the location of the hotel was key. It was centrally located, making it easy to walk to restaurants, bars, and shopping. Plus, they were always willing to arrange transportation if needed.

The quality of service in the main restaurant was lacking. the waiters seemed more interested in chatting with each other than attending to the guests.

I stayed at Kulm Hotel for 5 nights to celebrate my 5th wedding anniversary and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly attentive and we were even upgraded to a suite. The gentleman who picked us up from the train station was elegantly helpful and courteous. The view from our room was amazing, especially at night when we could gaze at the starry sky and Engadin Valley from our balcony. The outdoor swimming pool under the open sky was divine, and the concierge service was top-notch. We also enjoyed the on-site restaurants and the free bus cards provided by the hotel.

What an incredible stay! the location couldn't be better, with everything within walking distance. the staff was so friendly and eager to help, and the food was absolutely delicious. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with luxurious amenities. And the spa area, especially the outdoor pool, was simply divine. I can't wait to go back!
