Nothing, it is perfect.

The stunning views from our room and the heated outdoor pool were breathtaking. the breakfast served on the terrace was exceptional and included organic food. the detox teas and dates in the spa relaxation area were a nice touch. the Staff were welcoming, helpful, and even offered us a complimentary drink upon arrival.

The spa treatments were a bit expensive and could be improved. there were limited options for restaurants around the area and we had to travel elsewhere for authentic Italian food.

The rooms are beautifully designed, with comfortable beds and stunning balconies overlooking the serene surroundings. The spa is a luxurious sanctuary, providing a range of rejuvenating treatments, and the friendly staff ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast is delicious and varied, served on a terrace with stunning views. Make sure to take advantage of the facilities, such as the therms and external hot pool, for a truly relaxing stay.

The menu at the restaurant could offer more options for vegetarians and pescatarians, as it is currently limited.

Stunning view, remote location on a quiet hill overlooking Lake Lugano. Friendly and helpful staff. 4 pools, including 2 outside, at the SPA. Delicious breakfast with smoothies, pastries, salmon, and watermelon. Excellent stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel! The location high up the mountain provided us with breathtaking views of Lake Lugano. The room we stayed in had a magnificent view of the lake and it was truly stunning. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. We also enjoyed the convenience of the hotel's room service, which was available 24 hours a day.

We had a fantastic weekend at Kurhaus Cademario Hotel & Dot Spa - Ticino Hotels Group. The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. Our room was spacious, clean, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of delicious options. The spa facilities were top-notch, and the views from the spa and restaurant were breathtaking. We even loved the bathroom products, they smelled amazing! The only downsides were the slightly higher prices and limited menu options for veg/pescatarians. Despite that, we highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and luxurious getaway. we had a wonderful experience and will definitely be returning in the future.
