Amazingly quiet and pretty, helpful and friendly staff.

The location of this hotel was very convenient, being near a stop of the public transportation and only a few tram stops away from the central station. The service provided by the staff was excellent, with friendly and helpful employees. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, offering everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The breakfast provided at this hotel was impressive, with a wide variety of choices and delicious coffee.

I had a fantastic stay at La Pergola in Bern. the location was convenient, just a short walk to the train station and a few stops away from the old town. the staff was friendly and helpful, even providing free cold bottled water and ice cream during the heatwave. the beds were comfortable, although a bit too firm for my liking. it was a great experience.

The location of the hotel was perfect, very close to transportation. the staff was very friendly and provided excellent service, especially the lady who served breakfast. the room was comfortable and clean, and the free internet was a plus. the hotel offered complementary early check-in and room upgrade.

The bathroom was quite small, but it was clean and not a major issue. One of the TVs in the room did not work.
