I recently stayed at Alma Hotel for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel is located just a short walk away from the beautiful lake, making it a great location. There are also some great restaurants and cafes nearby. I particularly loved the coffee station in the lobby, it was a lovely touch. Checking in was a breeze, even though I arrived outside of their working hours. They had organized everything, including reserved parking and a keybox. I also appreciated the free coffee in the morning from the SAECO machine. the hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, and every detail was thought through, from the comfortable beds and fresh-smelling bed sheets to the well-stocked mini fridge and standing fan. The breakfast had a great choice of food and the coffee was excellent.

Spent New Year at this hotel and enjoyed the festive atmosphere. the staff were friendly and accommodating, even providing complimentary champagne to celebrate. the location was great, with easy access to the city center and train station, making it convenient for exploring and getting around. the room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed that made for a good night's sleep.

The Wi-Fi connection was quite slow and unreliable, which was frustrating when trying to stay connected and surf the web. Additionally, the lack of air conditioning in the room was a drawback, especially during the warmer summer months.

This hotel truly stands out with the attention to detail. The staff thoughtfully provides mini dressing gowns and teddies for the kids, and even offers earplugs in case the floorboards creak. The coffee area and free apples downstairs are a nice touch. The location near the lake in a peaceful neighborhood is fantastic, with beautiful restored houses just steps away.

The Wi-Fi was down during our stay, but the receptionist was kind enough to show us the computer in the lobby.

Additionally, it is close to the lake, providing a beautiful backdrop for relaxation. The deluxe room offers spacious and well-equipped accommodation, ensuring a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of delicious choices, perfect for starting the day. Guests also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff.

The lounge downstairs had a slight smoke smell, but it was easily avoided by not spending time there.

Convenient location near lake and city center. Spacious family room, though some noise from upstairs neighbors. Enjoyed trust-based bar on ground floor. Excellent breakfast with fresh variety. Low-key and helpful staff.

The hotel was in a great location, within walking distance to popular spots and close to public transport. the rooms were spotlessly clean and the staff were friendly and polite. the breakfast offered a good range of options and the coffee was lovely.

During the Easter weekend, the hotel was extremely noisy, with people constantly coming and going and making loud noise in the hallways. the walls were very thin and we could hear everything going on in adjoining rooms, which made it difficult to sleep.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything was spotless, and the newly decorated rooms were beautifully designed. The beds were incredibly comfortable with crisp, white linen. The hotel provided tea, coffee, and a mini bar in the room. The bathroom had lovely amenities like soaps, shampoos, and even a sewing kit. I also appreciated the hotel's policy of looking after our bags when we had a late flight. The cozy coffee area with a log burning fire was a great touch, and I could make myself Nespresso coffee anytime I wanted, free of charge. The hotel's location close to the lake and tram stop made it easy to explore the city and visit the main train station.

the location is superb. Situated in a quiet part of town, it is near the lake, providing a tranquil and semi-residential atmosphere. Additionally, it is conveniently located just opposite a very good restaurant, making dining options easily accessible.

The hotel was exactly as advertised, clean, tidy, good amenities, friendly staff. Excellent location near lake and tram line. Early check-in, room upgrade. Spacious, comfortable, minimal decor. Lack of AC manageable.

The staff were low key, charming, and very helpful. The location was excellent, being quiet yet close to the lake, local shops and cafes, as well as the tram and train stations. an amazing experience that I highly recommend.
