The staff at this hotel were exceptional - they were attentive, polite, and provided a personalized service that made us feel truly valued. Additionally, the hotel's attention to detail was evident throughout our stay, from the newly renovated and immaculately clean rooms to the basic amenities provided. The location was also perfect for our needs, with easy access to skiing options, walks, and other activities in the beautiful surroundings. Finally, the breakfast offered a great variety of options and was available for a generous amount of time.

The hotel is located right on the main street, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the center and enjoying the various restaurants nearby. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout our stay. The rooms were well-maintained and had blinds that allowed us to have a peaceful night's sleep. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a variety of delicious options to start our day.

Friendly service and clean accommodation, the hotel provided efficient storage for ski equipment, and a decent breakfast. The location was an advantage, near the ski bus and within walking distance of shops and restaurants.

The rooms were small, and there was no information about garage reservation policies, which would have been helpful to know. Otherwise, our New Year's stay was a pleasant experience.

The front desk staff at Lai Lifestyle Hotel were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us with all of our questions and requests. We were warmly welcomed and felt well taken care of throughout our stay. The location was excellent, with a free shuttle bus stop conveniently located right outside the hotel. The breakfast provided a good start to the day, although it could have had more variety. The room was quiet and comfortable, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, value for money, and convenient location.
