Some of the staff members were not very helpful and seemed to have a negative attitude towards customers at times. There were some issues with the level of service, such as not being given a key for a new room when the previous one was not ready.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I loved the beautiful furniture and design in the rooms. the hotel had a modern and clean look, which added to the overall comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. the convenient location by the lake and close to Geneva city center was another major plus. It made it easy to explore the area and enjoy the picturesque views. Additionally, having a big supermarket located in the same building was incredibly convenient for any extra supplies or snacks needed during my stay.

One downside of my stay was the lack of free Wi-Fi, despite it being advertised as available. This was a disappointment as I needed internet access for work and communication purposes.
