24h reception, fair price for private parking, big parking space, good wifi, nice terrace outside. Comfortable bed, friendly staff, really good breakfast, including bread, cheese, ham. Dinner is also good with big portions. Hostel is located a bit far from the center, but easily accessible by bus. Free transport card provided. Lake is just a short walk away. Quiet location with good bus connections nearby. Surprisingly good beds with comfortable mattresses and proper pillows and blankets. Neat and clean common areas with books and games available. Staff accommodated changes in length of stay and number of guests. Great base for the 20km de Lausanne. Free travel card is amazing. Comfortable and clean hostel with great breakfast. Staff was very accommodating.

Youth hostel in Lausanne exceeded my expectations. the rooms were cleaned daily and the shower facilities were outstanding - powerful and with adjustable heat control. the hostel itself felt very modern and the rooms had great per-person lighting, perfect for nighttime activities without disturbing others. the price/comfort ratio was excellent and I would definitely stay here again. the courtyard was beautiful and provided a great space to relax. the location was also ideal, with the beach and nature walks just a short walk away. Bus connections to the city center were frequent, making it easy to explore.

Youth hostel exceeded my expectations in every way. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. the bed was comfortable and the atmosphere was peaceful and quiet at night, allowing for a good night's sleep. the breakfast buffet was delicious, and they even provided gluten-free bread for those who needed it. Getting to the city centre was a breeze, thanks to the easy and quick connection by public transport. I also appreciated the free tickets for public transportation and the discounts for museums. the hostel was clean and had a minimalist aesthetic with greenery all around the building. Another plus was the availability of parking for a reasonable price of only 7 francs per night.

I had a great experience at the hostel. the showers, toilets, and bedsheets were very clean. the bed was comfortable and the shower facilities were excellent, with powerful and controllable water. the hostel had a modern feel, with good lighting in the rooms. the staff were friendly and helpful. the location was fantastic, right by Lake Geneva, and in walking distance to Malley Arena. the breakfast provided a good selection and the hostel even offered a free bus/train pass. a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Youth Hostel Jeunotel is a fantastic place to stay in Lausanne. We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful garden where we could enjoy a delicious breakfast. the best part was that the breakfast options were plentiful, including choices for vegans. the restaurant was also quite spacious. the staff at the hostel were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. the location is great as well, with attractions and Lake Geneva within walking distance. the hostel provided a travel card for free public transport and discounts to museums in Lausanne, which was very convenient.

We had a fantastic stay at this hostel! The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating, going out of their way to help us. The location was great, as it was close to public transportation and within walking distance of the beautiful lake. The cleanliness of the rooms and facilities was top-notch. We also appreciated the free ticket for all city transport, making it easy for us to explore the city. the hotel facilities and the helpfulness of the staff were the best aspects of our stay.

the receptionist, especially the female one, was incredibly helpful throughout our entire stay. the barbeque dinner they served was delicious and a highlight of our trip. One of the best features was the easy access to the beach, making it convenient for us to enjoy the beautiful shoreline. we were impressed by the breakfast buffet and the fact that the price of our stay included a public transport ticket. the hostel's architecture is stunning, with a minimalist and brutalist design that features exposed steel and concrete.
