I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary pass for public transport and boat across the river at Montbrillant. Although the breakfast service could improve, the central location and clean rooms made for a comfortable stay. I would recommend this hotel.

Just arrived from the west coast of the US, we were pleasantly surprised by the perfect location of this hotel. The multilingual and friendly staff made check-in a breeze. Despite the hotel being a bit dated, the rooms have been nicely updated and come with air conditioning. The onsite restaurant was a great convenience and the food was delicious. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated the free parking arranged by the hotel.

Great location near train station and convenient transportation links. The rooms were clean and comfortable with air conditioning. Staff went above and beyond when I lost my credit card, helping me retrieve it and mailing it to me at another location so I could enjoy my trip.

The bathroom was a bit dated and in need of maintenance. There was also some noise from neighboring rooms due to a gap in the wall.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the train and bus stations, just a few steps away, which makes it very easy to travel around. The rooms are comfortable, with some extra touches such as free minibar products and a complimentary pass for public transport. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, making for an enjoyable stay.
