We had an amazing stay at this cozy hotel. the peaceful atmosphere and proximity to hiking trails made it perfect for outdoor enthusiasts. the staff were friendly and attentive, and the chef was able to accommodate our dietary restrictions, even creating a fabulous vegan chocolate mousse. the hotel itself was cute and rustic, with a shared balcony offering a view of snow-capped mountains. the main lounge area and dining room were stunning, with a central fireplace and various games and toys for kids. the sauna was roomy and even had access to the outside for a refreshing cool down in the snow. They also provided convenient services like taking our luggage from Champéry to the hotel and arranging ski lessons. a wonderful experience.
