The hotel was located in a prime spot, just a short walk away from the lake and parks. The absence of traffic noise was a relief, making it a peaceful stay. The room was spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. The highlight of the stay was definitely the fantastic restaurant, where we enjoyed delicious evening meals. The staff there were also very friendly and welcoming.

There were a couple of drawbacks during our stay. the breakfast routine was a bit confusing.

As backpackers, we loved the central location with cafes, restaurants, and shopping all within a short walk. The hotel was clean and the room had a calming atmosphere. The breakfast area was cozy and they were happy to accommodate any special requests.

We stayed at Les Armures for one night during our trip back to the UK from Italy. The location is excellent with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shopping stores nearby. The hotel is clean and our room was spacious with calming colors. The breakfast area is cozy and the buffet is fair, but they are more than happy to accommodate any special requests.

I loved being just steps away from the main shopping street, the lake, and the fountain. The interiors were luxurious and filled with charming little details that added to the overall ambiance. The room itself, especially the wood room I stayed in, was beautifully decorated and created a cozy atmosphere. The bed and sheets were of top-notch quality, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The staff were exceptionally attentive and always ready to assist me with any requests or questions I had. The restaurant attached to the hotel, dating back to the 11th century, offered fantastic traditional Swiss cuisine that I thoroughly enjoyed. Despite a couple of minor drawbacks, such as the absence of tea/coffee making facilities in the room and limited spa facilities, I would highly recommend Les Armures to anyone looking for a quality stay in the heart of a vibrant city. I had a wonderful time at this lovely boutique hotel!

We had the most incredible stay at this hotel in the heart of the old town. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily walk to all the landmarks in this beautiful city. The room we stayed in was a spacious and beautifully decorated prestige room, providing us with all the modern amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure that our every need was met. Additionally, the breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious and provided a great start to our day.

From the moment we booked until check-out, our stay at Les Armures was nothing short of incredible. The hotel's simple yet exquisite interior, comfortable beds, and immaculately clean rooms made our stay very relaxing. The staff effortlessly made every request happen, and a special shout-out to Ms. Nelly Klakosz for making our stay even more memorable. The location in the old town is charming, and the restaurant served some of the best Swiss specialties we've ever tried. We can't wait to come back soon.

Loved my recent city trip and stay! Really appreciated the free complementary mini-bar and Wi-Fi, especially as most places in the area are quite pricey. the hotel’s central location allowed me to easily explore the local sights and sounds, and the friendly staff gave me some great recommendations about what to see and where to eat. the room had very cosy furnishings and an overall charming atmosphere.

There were a couple of downsides that I have to mention. the bathroom was a bit of a safety hazard with a deep bathtub and no mat or grab bars.

The hotel's restaurant offers delicious food, and I highly recommend trying the Chocolate Mousse for dessert. The small touches, like the staff preparing a breakfast for our early morning departure, made our stay even more memorable. This is definitely the place to stay when visiting this stunning city.
