The hotel had a stunning mountain view, clean and spacious rooms, and a great temperature for winter. The RITUALS toiletries added a nice touch. The restaurant had delicious breakfast and a beautiful lakeside location. The staff was friendly and attentive.

We had a fantastic time kayaking on the beautiful Lake Walen, followed by a delicious meal at Sagibeiz. The wellness facilities offered stunning views of the mountains and lake. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

The staff is friendly and helpful, providing clear instructions for late check-in. The historical building has been tastefully renovated, incorporating its industrial past.

The room was very clean and spacious, and the view of the lake and mountains was absolutely stunning! We also appreciated the free parking and beautiful location for taking walks.

The limited selection and low-quality food left something to be desired. We were looking forward to a fun-filled weekend but it fell short of our expectations.
