Clean, tidy room. Friendly, polite staff. Amazing executive chef. Excellent breakfast room. Incredibly welcoming and helpful team. Chocolate and fruit in room. Comfortable beds and pillows. The hotel is conveniently located a short distance away from the train station, making it easily accessible. Guests appreciated the amenities provided in the rooms, such as the fridge, kettle, and coffee machine, which added value to their stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure guests had a pleasant experience.

Some guests felt that the bathroom in the room was small, not matching the price of the accommodation.

During our recent romantic escape, we enjoyed some great experiences in the hotel area. the snow place was really fun as we got to play with some basic equipment provided by the hotel. the free access to Netflix in the room was a very convenient bonus. Location-wise, we were just a short drive away from Tasch, which was a great gateway to exploring Zermatt's attractions.

Everything in the area was very expensive and this was no exception. Although not terrible, the price was a bit steep for what we got.

During my recent stay at B&B Matterhorn Golf, I was blown away by the level of comfort and care provided by the hosts. The small touches, like having chocolates and fruits in the room, made me feel truly welcomed. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The restaurant's menu was nothing short of amazing, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes. The overall atmosphere of the place was warm and inviting, and the hosts themselves were friendly, entertaining, and always ready to assist with any requests. On top of all that, they even dropped us off at the railway station in their van.

While the location of the B&B is a bit far from the Randa station, the hosts provide a convenient shuttle service to and from the train stations in Randa and Täsh. Finally, the early morning reminder to check out was a bit annoying.
