the hotel is located in the heart of the old city center with breathtaking views. the balcony in my room was lovely, and I enjoyed waking up to the sound of church bells. the sauna and ice bath were perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking. the included breakfast, coffee, and sparkling water bar was a great way to start my day. the staff, especially the friendly woman at the front desk, provided excellent service and made me feel welcome. I can't wait to come back!

The new room was very noisy and the temperature in the sauna was not high enough. the lighting in the stairwell was unreliable and often left me in the dark.
