Had a fantastic time staying at Mercure. the staff were friendly and available 24/7. Convenient transportation links made it easy to explore the area. the room was clean and comfortable, with complimentary coffee/tea and apples. Loved the noise reduction and the fact that my request for an upper-storey room was granted. the hotel restaurant served delicious food too!

This hotel is in a great location, just a short tram ride from the center. The neighborhood is sophisticated, with lots of restaurants and amenities nearby. The staff here are really friendly and helpful, giving me great recommendations for things to see and do.

The hotel is conveniently located right at a major tram stop, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city.

I must mention that the staff at the reception during the late-night shift were not able to accommodate my specific request.

the staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, and they even spoke multiple foreign languages. the room was lovely, modern, and really clean. We particularly enjoyed the convenience of having a coffee machine in the room. the hotel is conveniently located next to tram and bus stations, making it easy to reach the city center within 20 minutes. the daily cleaning service and the provision of coffee and tea for two were also appreciated. we felt that we received good value for our money at this hotel. We also want to mention that the room had radiators, which provided enough heat once turned on.

This hotel is a bit far out of the city center, but don't let that put you off. The tram network is very convenient and easily accessible from the hotel.
