Comfy bed, quiet room near elevator, included breakfast with good selection. Convenient location, close to train station. Helpful staff and luggage storage available. Great value for budget travelers. Nice views from rooftop terrace.

The hotel is in a prime location, right across from the west train station and bus station, making it extremely convenient for travelers. It is also just a short distance from the main train station Zurich, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas. the hotel provides a card for free bus travel within the town, making getting around hassle-free. The rooftop cafe offers a stunning view, and the staff are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service.

It would have been even better if the hotel had a restaurant on site for added convenience.

Loved the location of this hotel, just steps from the train station. The breakfast was tasty and had a good variety of options. I had a bit of trouble with the hot water in my room, but the staff quickly fixed the issue. I would recommend Merkur - West for its convenience and breakfast.

We had a great stay at Hotel Merkur - West. The location was fantastic, right across from the train and bus station, making it convenient for exploring the area. The staff were incredibly helpful, providing sightseeing options and even giving us free bus tickets. The room was clean and comfortable, with a good shower. The breakfast had plenty of options and the view from the restaurant was lovely. a great experience.

We needed a quick stop in Interlaken and Merkur - West was perfect. The area is less seedy than the other station. Lots of food options and tourist souvenirs around the area. Front desk staff was very nice. The room on the back side was so quiet and comfortable. A great value and recommend for a short stay in Interlaken.

I had a great time staying at Merkur - West in Interlaken. The location was perfect, right next to the West Rail Station, making it easy to explore Bern and other beautiful places nearby. The breakfast options were fantastic, with a wide variety of fresh fruit, hot dishes, and delicious breads. I also loved the early morning views from the breakfast salon, it was a great way to start my day. Additionally, I enjoyed watching the hang-gliders landing at the nearby park, it was such a colorful and beautiful sight.

The location of the hotel made it perfect for our romantic escape. It was central and within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. The complementary breakfast on the terrace was one of the best parts of our stay. We enjoyed the stunning views while choosing from a variety of breakfast options. the staff was very friendly and accommodating to our requests.

One of the negative aspects of our stay was the uncomfortable bed. We didn't sleep well and woke up feeling tired.
