Absolutely loved staying at this hotel! the reception staff were friendly and helpful, making our check-in a breeze. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and within walking distance of the old town. We also appreciated the free transport tickets, which allowed us to explore the city easily. Our courtyard room was quiet and peaceful, exactly what we requested. the room itself was modern, spacious, and impeccably clean. One of the best features was the lift that took us straight up from the entrance, no need to haul our luggage up any stairs. a fantastic experience!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the central train station and tram lines. Great location, close to transportation and some good restaurants around. the hotel offered a free tram pass, which was very useful. the staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to help. the room was clean and cozy, with comfortable beds and pillows. the Wi-Fi connection was strong, which was important for my business needs.

There were no proper dining facilities. the hotel only offered a continental breakfast, which was not worth the additional cost.

The breakfast on the 8th floor with a stunning city outlook is mind-blowing. Just 3 minutes away from the SBB station, the location is super convenient. The staff is really friendly and the rooms are clean and quiet with a nice minibar. The wide range of breakfast choices and the convenient shuttle bus from the airport are jaw-dropping. The availability of trams across the hotel and the easy access to the city and cruise ship docking point are simply amazing. With all these amenities and more, it's a fantastic bargain.
