Absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The reception staff were friendly and helpful, making our check-in a breeze. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and within walking distance of the old town. We also appreciated the free transport tickets, which allowed us to explore the city easily. Our courtyard room was quiet and peaceful, exactly what we requested. The room itself was modern, spacious, and impeccably clean. One of the best features was the lift that took us straight up from the entrance, no need to haul our luggage up any stairs. a fantastic experience!

While our stay at this hotel was amazing, there were a couple of minor downsides. The pillows in the room lacked substance, leading to a slightly uncomfortable sleep.

The breakfast on the 8th floor with a stunning city outlook is mind-blowing. Just 3 minutes away from the SBB station, the location is super convenient. The staff is really friendly and the rooms are clean and quiet with a nice minibar. The wide range of breakfast choices and the convenient shuttle bus from the airport are jaw-dropping. The availability of trams across the hotel and the easy access to the city and cruise ship docking point are simply amazing. With all these amenities and more, it's a fantastic bargain.
