The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary requirements, making me feel well taken care of. the best aspects of this hotel were its cleanliness, excellent facilities, convenient parking, great transportation options, prime location next to the cable car, and the delicious breakfast served by attentive and friendly staff.

The location of the hotel was great, as it was close to the ski lifts and beginner's skiing area. the breakfast offered a variety of options, including croissants, bread, ham, cheese. Additionally, the hotel had a lively restaurant and bar, which would have been enjoyable if it weren't for the smoking.

The cleanliness of the room was not up to par, with dirty walls and a poorly functioning shower. the hotel seemed overpriced for the quality of the room.

I stayed at Hotel Beau-Sejour in Leukerbad for a few days in May '23 and I absolutely loved it! The hotel kindly upgraded us to a beautiful balcony room with a magnificent mountain view. The staff were super kind and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location is ideal, with a nice walk through the old village to reach the restaurants and baths. The breakfast was fantastic, with fresh and tasty options like farm eggs, yogurt, and fresh bread. The newly renovated shower and toilet were a nice touch, and the eco-friendly set up throughout the hotel was commendable. a delightful experience!
