The hotel's staff were incredibly welcoming, making our stay a joy from start to finish. They were attentive, always checking in to ensure our satisfaction, which we really appreciated. The rooms, while dated, were well maintained and the beds reasonably comfortable. We also had a room with a balcony, offering a great view of the mountains.

The hotel has no lounge area, which was a bit disappointing.

Staff helpful, upgraded sister's room when shower broke. Owner gave trail info and extra rooms for exhausted hikers. Centrally located with free bus/cable pass. Quality people like Andre went above and beyond, even driving electric vehicle at 1 am for support during accident. Best service experienced, thank you.

This hotel is perfectly located between the Saas "villages," providing easy access to the various lifts in the area. The bus stop is just a short walk away, making it convenient to explore all the attractions. The room is clean and comfortable, and the service is friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of delicious options, including fresh fruits and nice bread and cheeses. Guests can also enjoy a nice, calm atmosphere and entertaining for kids.

The Italian restaurant in the hotel does not live up to authentic Italian cuisine, with local tastes mixed in.

Great loft accommodation for families with teens. Breakfast was included and full of options to start your day. the location was perfect, with an amazing view of the mountains and very close to ski areas, parking and bus stops.

Our experience was tarnished by the customer service. the staff was not welcoming or helpful, even though we had a lot of questions and requests.

Great location, delicious food

We had a fantastic time at Hotel Tenne. The location in the center of the village was perfect for exploring. We enjoyed a delightful dinner at the restaurant with tasty Swiss dishes like Cheese Fondue and raclette. The food was simply delicious! I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.
