We had a fantastic stay at the Le Mirabeau Resort & Spa. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, from check-in to check-out. Our room was spacious, clean, and had a breathtaking view of the Matterhorn. The hotel's location was convenient, just a short walk from the train station and close to the shopping and dining areas. The ski-room was secure with individual lockers for our equipment, and the breakfast buffet had a good variety of options.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and had an incredible experience! The location of this place is great, as it is close to the train station and within walking distance to all the shops and eateries. The staff here were so friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with modern amenities such as air conditioning and a mini-bar. The hotel also had a beautiful swimming pool and sauna, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring.

If I had to recommend this hotel to others, I would definitely say that it is a must-stay.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the train station and close to the Zermatt tram, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with an option for a room upgrade and access to a roof terrace with a beautiful view. The staff provides excellent service, offering helpful advice and recommendations for dining and sightseeing. The breakfast selection is superb, with a variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel has great facilities, such as a wellness area with saunas, a steam room, and a relaxation room.

The wifi connection in the room on the 3rd floor wasn't very good.

The view from our room was absolutely stunning, with a balcony that allowed us to take in the beautiful alps and even catch a glimpse of the Matterhorn. We were also pleasantly surprised by the included breakfast, which was delicious and definitely started our days off on the right foot. Additionally, the hotel had a large swimming pool that was perfect for relaxing after a long day of activities.

There were a couple of downsides to our stay. the bed in our room was not a queen as expected.

The breakfast offered was extensive and delicious, and the facilities were excellent. the hotel was situated in a beautiful setting that made for a great view. the waitstaff were friendly and efficient.

The service at the bar left something to be desired. We had trouble getting the attention of the staff, and on one occasion, we were completely ignored in favor of another group.

As a couple, we absolutely loved our stay at this resort. The staff was extremely attentive and gave us a warm welcome, showing us around the hotel and its facilities. The view of the Matterhorn from our room's large balcony was absolutely amazing. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options, and the pool and relaxation area were clean and well-maintained.
