Mont Cervin Palace provided us with a centrally located, beautifully clean, and well-appointed accommodation. the staff went above and beyond to meet our every need, making our wedding reception truly exceptional. the dedicated attitude and positive vibes of the staff made our experience memorable for all the right reasons. the rooms were perfectly clean, spacious, and had a touch of Swiss magic with their views of the Matterhorn or surrounding mountains. We highly recommend this hotel and its fabulously helpful staff.

The value for money at this hotel is excellent. The room was cozy and well-equipped with a touch of Swiss magic and stunning views. The location was fantastic, right in the village with all the shops and restaurants at our fingertips. The staff treated us like royalty, always polite, helpful, and dedicated to ensuring a perfect guest experience.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel near the center of this city. The hotel facilities were outstanding, including a wonderful spa and a great outdoor pool. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a perfect guest experience, from the helpful and friendly receptionist to the attentive restaurant staff. The breakfast offered a variety of options and the location was ideal for both exploring the city and accessing the nearby ski lift.

The room I stayed in had a stunning view of the slopes, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The spa facilities were excellent, allowing me to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring Zermatt. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, as it was centrally located and close to the railway station. The complimentary pick-up and drop-off service to the station was a nice touch.

Great views from the rooms and common areas. the hotel is located in the heart of the town, making it convenient to explore shops and restaurants. the breakfast buffet was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, providing us with recommendations for activities in the area. the hotel also had a nice spa and pool area, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring.

The rooms were a bit dated and could use some updating and refreshing. the Wi-Fi signal in our room was weak and unreliable.

The location was great, near the railway station and right in the lively part of town, with shops and restaurants at our fingertips. The staff was extremely polite, helpful, and positive, ensuring a perfect guest experience. We couldn't fault anything about our stay!

I was pleasantly surprised by the convenient location of the hotel, just a short horse-drawn carriage ride from the train station. It was also great to be close to all the shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. The room itself was lovely, with breathtaking views and all the necessary amenities. The staff provided excellent service, always ready to assist and ensure my stay was enjoyable. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a wide variety of options. Facilities such as the spa and gym were a bonus, adding to the overall experience.

The lack of availability for dining options within the hotel itself. While there were restaurants nearby, I would have preferred to have more on-site options to choose from.

We had an excellent stay at a true 5-star property with very helpful and friendly staff. the rooms were incredibly comfortable and quiet. the gym and sauna facilities were outstanding. We also enjoyed the superb grill restaurant on-site and the relaxing bar with live music. a classic, refined hotel with great amenities and a central location.

We were pleasantly surprised by the convenience of being picked up in a horse and carriage from the train station, setting the tone for a luxurious and stylish stay at Mont Cervin Palace. The friendly and helpful staff made our experience even more enjoyable. Although the walk to the nearest ski lift was a bit far, taxis were readily available and affordable. The ski service team went above and beyond in taking care of our skis. The spa and pool facilities were impeccable, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. We particularly appreciated the mini bar being included, adding a nice touch to our stay. we had a great experience at the hotel.
