We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. Its location close to the train station made our arrival and departure hassle-free. Moreover, it was just down the road from the bustling shopping street and within a short walk to the center, providing us with a plethora of dining and entertainment options. The service here was exceptional, with room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry services readily available. Additionally, the hotel offered an airport shuttle and ski pass vendor, ensuring we had a smooth and convenient experience during our stay. The spacious and well-appointed rooms were equipped with modern amenities such as ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and a cozy sitting area. We particularly enjoyed relaxing on the terrace, taking in the beautiful surroundings. The hotel also boasted a variety of dining options, including a delightful restaurant, a bar/lounge area, and a snack bar, allowing us to savor delicious meals and refreshing drinks. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed and valued throughout our stay.

The breakfast spread was impressive and had a cook making fresh eggs to order. the staff was friendly and prompt in responding to needs. the location was ideal and well-connected to nearby attractions.

Some of the staff were not at par with expectations and could be rude at times. the bathrooms in some rooms were too small and uncomfortable.

The hotel is located in a beautiful town, with convenient access to the gondola up Jakobshorn for skiing. Guests also mentioned a trail back to mid station for easy return to the hotel. The rooms were well-maintained and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast offered a healthy and delicious selection, and the sauna and pool facilities were a great way to relax after a day of skiing.

The noise from the disco/postclub at night was mentioned as being loud until about 2am, which could be disruptive for light sleepers.
