During my Xmas vacation at a hotel in the Alps, I appreciated the delicious food and cozy atmosphere. the hotel's location was ideal for skiing and had breathtaking views of the snowy mountains. the staff were courteous and welcoming.

The hotel had some downsides. the rooms lacked basic amenities, such as a kettle or sufficient heating leading to cold and uncomfortable nights.
