The hotel is really close to Zurich airport, situated between Terminal 1 & 2. The airport can be reached in just 5 minutes with the hotel shuttle. The rooms are clean, comfortable and come with modern amenities, like air conditioning. The staff is friendly and accommodating, willing to help with any requests.

Some of the male staff seemed arrogant and unhelpful towards guests, which can be a bit off-putting.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, providing us with excellent service throughout our visit. The cleanliness of both the common areas and our room was impeccable. We were also impressed by the hotel facilities, particularly the presence of a coffee machine in the reception area. The location was superb, as it was just a two-minute walk to the train station and the airport bus stop was right outside. This made it very convenient for us to reach the city center and catch our early flight from Zurich airport.

The location was perfect as it was only a 10-minute drive from the airport and nestled in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Despite being under the flight path, we weren't disturbed by any plane noise. The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including a mini-bar, soundproofed walls, and a comfortable sitting area. We also appreciated the little touches like the welcome drink and pet amenities available. The staff provided excellent service, including room service, car hire, and dry cleaning. The in-room safe and air conditioning were also great features.

We would recommend this hotel to families as it is a great value for money. However, we were disappointed that there was no extra bed available as per our reservation.

Friendly and helpful staff who catered to our needs and provided excellent service. Complimentary drinks in the room were a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was delicious and had plenty of options to choose from.

Just made a quick pit stop at Dormero Hotel Zurich Airport for a day. Super easy access to and from the airport, plus a breeze to get to the city center by train. The new and comfortable hotel offered great prices with a surprisingly spacious room. And did I mention how lovely it was?
