During our stay, we were delighted with the location of the hotel. It was conveniently situated next to public transport, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, it was just a short walk away from the picturesque river, allowing us to enjoy scenic strolls by the water. The hotel's proximity to the train station was also a major plus, as it made our arrival and departure hassle-free. Moreover, the hotel was strategically positioned near the bustling walking areas in Basel, providing us with plenty of dining and shopping options.

Although I understand that it was meant to be a design feature, I would have preferred a door that offered complete privacy.

I had an amazing stay at this place! The hotel is centrally located, making it convenient to explore the city center and visit museums. The room was spacious and impeccably designed, with a comfortable bed that ensured a restful sleep. I was pleasantly surprised to find a well-stocked fridge in the suite, and the drinks were even included in the room price! The hotel also offered free transportation cards and bike rentals, which made getting around the city a breeze. The Aesop shower products provided in the room were a luxurious touch.

Great location near the city center and public transport. the staff was very friendly, welcoming and even provided us with free snacks and drinks in our room. the room was also nicely decorated and provided us with a nice view of the city. the bed was comfortable and we had a great night's sleep.

The room was smaller than we expected and there was not enough storage space for our luggage. the bathroom was cramped and the shower kept flooding the bathroom floor.

Amazing location, just a short tram ride to the main train station. The hotel price included a day travel card for each guest. The modern and cozy interior design was a delight, and there was a lovely boutique restaurant downstairs along with fashion stores nearby. The sauna was perfect for winter, and I had it all to myself late at night.
