We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious and comfortable hotel. The service at the reception was great, with helpful and wonderful staff. They made the check-in process easy and even provided us with a ticket to use the TRAM during our stay, which was a really nice touch. The room was spacious and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, including ironing facilities, heating, and air conditioning. The hotel is conveniently located near a tram stop, making it suitable for visiting the Expo center and exploring the city. The view from our room was also very nice.

The only minor issue we faced was some difficulty in reaching the hotel due to construction in the area. However, we recommend this place to all and had a fantastic experience overall.

The hotel had a great location, just outside of the Bern Expo, and only a 10-minute tram ride to the city center. The excellent wifi connection was perfect for business travelers. The room had both a shower and a bathtub, which was a nice bonus. The staff was friendly and helpful, and there was a tea maker in the room. the hotel provided clean and comfortable accommodations for a good stay.

I recently stayed at a hotel located right by a tram stop that goes into the city centre of Bern in around 15 minutes. The location was great as it was just outside of the Bern Expo and close to the shopping center Wankdorf Center and the stadium Stade de Suisse. The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were warm and friendly. The breakfast had a decent spread of fresh fruits, cheeses, and bakery items. it was a pleasant experience.

The noise isolation in the bedroom could have been better.
