The Novotel Lugano Paradiso is a very nice, modern hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is highly recommended. The location is close to the lake and a short walk from the center of Lugano.

The breakfast provided was amazing with a great variety of options and the staff were always very friendly and helpful. Another great aspect was the free rental of trotinettes, which was a fun way to explore the city and get around. the location was also very convenient as it was close to the lake and public transport.

We had a wonderful family weekend at Novotel. The spacious and cosy room was well maintained and clean. Breakfast had a great variety and we could even order cooked dishes. The underground parking, exclusively for guests, was secure with an automatic door. The CHF20.00 fee allowed us to leave the car until the evening after checkout. The location was perfect, close to the train station and lake. The Ticino ticket was very useful. The staff was friendly, and we loved the pool and gym.
