A fantastic location in the city center! Super clean and accommodating staff that eagerly held our luggage after checkout. , Perfect for a short trip!

The reception is odd—the check-in process felt unwelcoming, and the steep stairs are not luggage-friendly! The decor is dated, leaving much to be desired.

I found the reception to be bizarre, just a hole in the wall facing the bar, which felt really unwelcoming. The hallways and common areas felt worn down, almost like an afterthought. My room had thin walls, and I was kept awake by noise from the bar below. it seemed poorly insulated. Breakfast was lackluster—barely any choices and a really odd layout that made finding anything a struggle.

The corner room offered stunning views of the city, making our stay very picturesque!

staying here was a breeze with the beautiful old town just a short walk away, and i loved that we could easily stroll over to the cathedral of bern in less than 5 minutes and explore the stunning architecture surrounding us.

I was very frustrated with the lack of an elevator. dragging our suitcases up those winding stairs was exhausting. Additionally, the hot water in the bathroom was clearly limited. one of us ended up taking a cold shower because the other took too long. Lastly, the breakfast options were quite sparse, and I was only allowed one hot drink, limiting my morning routine when it should have been more enjoyable.

The location was mint, right in the heart of the old town! Breakfast could've done with some fresh eggs, though. Chur for the comfy beds!
