Our stay at this hotel was an unforgettable experience. The luxurious amenities provided by the spa and wellness center were outstanding, with a wide range of services, including massages and facials, which satisfied our every need. The indoor swimming pool and sun terrace were perfect to relax and enjoy the beautiful mountain views, while the restaurant's excellent atmosphere and the delicious special diet menus exceeded our expectations.

The only minor issue we found was that the outdoor swimming pool could be improved in terms of service and the availability of sun loungers. However, the rest of the garden area was well-maintained, and the spa centre more than made up for this minor issue.

We had a wonderful time staying in this charming hotel nestled in a beautiful area. The location was perfect, with stunning mountain views and being very close to the city center. The room was comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was spacious and well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service, always going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The breakfast had a good variety of options and catered to different dietary preferences. We also enjoyed the swimming pools and spa facilities, which were top-notch.

We did notice that the room service seemed to have undergone some changes. The prices were higher and the portions were smaller, which was a bit disappointing.

The entire staff, from reservations to check-in, made us feel valued and appreciated. our stay at this hotel was outstanding, with top-notch service and exceptional amenities.

Although the outside pool could be improved slightly, the area around it with loungers for sunbathing was well serviced. Additionally, the prices for certain services, such as a body scrub and restaurant meals, were a bit overpriced.

Spent Easter in a Swiss mountain hotel and enjoyed the most outstanding service ever! The staff was friendly, surprised us with delicious treats, and made us feel very welcome. The hotel had top-class decoration, beautiful views of the mountains, excellent facilities, and a saltwater pool that our 16-month-old loved. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options, and the à la carte menu was a plus.

Although we arrived early, check-in took longer than expected and our baby was late for his nap. It could have been avoided if the staff was more honest about the room not being ready, and we could have gone out for a walk instead of waiting.
