I got great value for my money at Alpine Hotel Perren. The room was comfortable and had an amazing view of the Matterhorn mountain. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station. The staff was friendly and always willing to help.

The hotel is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood, just a short walk from the railway station. It is also close to the taxi station, making it easy to explore all that Zermatt has to offer. The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean. The staff provides friendly and helpful service. The breakfast offers plenty of choice and the free WIFI works well throughout the stay.

The set evening meal could be more filling and have larger portions.

My recent stay at a hotel in Zermatt was truly amazing. The breakfasts were absolutely fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options. I also had the pleasure of experiencing the spa in the evenings, which was incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating. The staff were extremely helpful in recommending hiking trails in the area. I highly recommend this hotel for a pampered and enjoyable stay.

During our romantic escape in Zermatt, we absolutely loved the spa facilities at the hotel. The sauna, steam room, hot stone room, and relaxation room were all fantastic and provided the perfect retreat after a day of skiing. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We also appreciated the convenient location of the hotel, just a short 5-minute walk from the nearest ski lift and with a bus stop right in front for easy access to other lifts.

One aspect that we didn't particularly enjoy was the softness of the mattresses in the hotel. They were a bit too soft for our liking, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

I had a great stay at a hotel in Zermatt. The cleanliness and cleaning service were top-notch, and the hotel had the fastest Wi-Fi I've ever experienced in a hotel. It was also conveniently located near the Sunnega funicular and Gornergrat bahn, making it easy to access the slopes. The spa was fantastic, with a sauna, steam room, hot stone room, and relaxation room. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the restaurant offered delicious food at reasonable prices. a wonderful experience.

Convenient location: within walking distance of the train station and Gornergratbahn, and close to the town center. Beautiful views of the Matterhorn mountain from the room. Friendly and attentive staff. Delicious meals at the on-site restaurant, including an amazing deer entrecote. Cool design and comfortable seating at the hotel bar. Flexible check-out time and luggage storage for a hassle-free last day.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the location was fantastic, with easy access to the town center and beautiful views from some of the rooms. the breakfast spread was delicious, with a great selection of food and the convenience of a Nespresso machine and a boiling water bath to cook your own eggs.
