The location was perfect, just steps away from the Interlaken West train and bus station. The Italian restaurant downstairs was reasonably priced and had a great atmosphere. The room was clean, quiet, and had a comfortable bed. The manager, Kim, was delightful and made me feel welcome throughout my stay.

The continental breakfast at the hotel was delightful, with a good selection of items and the option to have eggs fried to perfection upon request. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even setting up a lovely baby cot for my daughter with cute beddings. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable and the overall experience was fantastic.

They promptly fixed a broken lamp in our room and even surprised us with an unexpected travel perk. the breakfast spread was like a home away from home, and the staff were accommodating, allowing us to leave our luggage before and after check-in and check-out. the location was perfect, with easy access to the river, a supermarket, and the train station. We also appreciated the in-room amenities like a water kettle and coffee.
