The location was perfect, just steps away from the Interlaken West train and bus station. The Italian restaurant downstairs was reasonably priced and had a great atmosphere. The room was clean, quiet, and had a comfortable bed. The manager, Kim, was delightful and made me feel welcome throughout my stay.

There was also a restaurant on the ground floor and a Coop store nearby, making it convenient for meals and supplies. The continental breakfast at the hotel was delightful, with a good selection of items and the option to have eggs fried to perfection upon request. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even setting up a lovely baby cot for my daughter with cute beddings. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable and the overall experience was fantastic.
