The rooms are simple yet well-appointed, providing a cozy and comfortable stay. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience, even helping with baggage. The breakfast spread is delicious, with a wide variety of cheese options and local specialties to choose from.

Limited parking availability in the center streets can make finding a parking spot a bit challenging.

The rooms were spacious and offered stunning views of the snowy mountains. The hotel also offered a nice selection of tea leaves/flowers for our enjoyment. The location was convenient for those looking to explore the nearby mountain resorts.

The staff lacked hospitality and made us feel unwelcome. We were charged for tap water and an espresso even though we had already paid a large bill.

The hotel's location in the pedestrian-only zone was ideal and made exploring the area easy. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel's historic charm added to the overall experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and look forward to returning in the future.
