Swiss Historic Hotel Du Pillon exceeded all my expectations. the atmosphere of this old-style family hotel was warm and welcoming. the owner went above and beyond by picking me up from the train station and driving me back early in the morning. the hotel itself is decorated with taste and has beautiful art. the guest rooms were clean and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and spacious showers. the food served in the hotel's restaurant was exquisite and homemade. the friendly staff truly made a difference, and the breakfasts were delightful. the hotel is perfectly located for exploring the surrounding area, including Glacier 3000. I would highly recommend this hotel and hope to return in the future.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the Swiss mountains. The location is breathtaking, with an impressive mountain view right in front of the hotel. The rooms, decorated in a lovely Nordic style, have balconies where you can sit and admire the stunning views. The attention to detail is evident throughout, from the basic amenities provided to the friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was also a highlight, with a variety of delicious options to start the day.

Not a single aspect could be improved. Everything was perfect.

Stunning mountain views from terrace and rooms. Beautiful art throughout. Friendly owner. Good location for mountain climbers, 10 min to cable car. Modest breakfast.

Great location, easy to find. Comfortable and clean rooms. the breakfast was wonderful, with a good variety of dishes to choose from. the view from the room was stunning. the staff were friendly and helpful, offering advice on places to go and things to see. the free Wi-Fi was a great bonus.

There was a bit of noise from the road outside, which could be a problem for light sleepers. the shower was small, and there was not much water pressure.
