As longer-term business travelers, we loved the proximity to the train station and the fitness room. The staff at the Renaissance Lucerne were exceptional, always helpful and accommodating. The rooms were spacious and airy, with a mix of modern furniture and classic charm. We also appreciated the Nespresso machine in the room. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the train station and close to the old town.

I recently stayed at Renaissance Lucerne for 5 nights. The newly renovated room was small but comfortable, with a mix of modern and classical furniture. The fast wifi and Nespresso machine were nice touches. The location was great, just 2 streets away from the train station and across the river from the old town. The staff were friendly and helpful, allowing us to store our bags before check-in. The on-site restaurant was good and fairly quick.

Staff were friendly and location was convenient, close to train station and attractions.

The rooms were small and had sharp angled ceilings, making them feel claustrophobic. The heat in the rooms was intense and the air conditioning did not adequately cool the room.

What a fantastic stay at Renaissance! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the tram station and close to all the attractions we wanted to see. The room was larger than expected and the rainfall shower was a luxurious touch. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Plus, the tip from the front desk to visit the Penthouse bar at the Astoria hotel was spot on, offering amazing views. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Lucerne.
