We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The warm and friendly staff made us feel right at home. The rooms were uniquely decorated and the ambiance was delightful. The restaurant offered delicious food and the breakfast selection was great. The little touches like the welcoming glass of Champagne and the departing gift of homemade jam added a special touch to our stay. The location, right by the lake with stunning views and a ferry wharf, was incredibly convenient. We can't wait to come back and experience the gym and sauna!

The room we were given was not what we had booked and the hotel management was unhelpful in resolving the issue. They even tried to upsell us to a more expensive room instead of correcting the mistake.

A romantic location with great views, conveniently close to the Kusnacht train station and Zurich center. Perfect for beautiful walks in the forest and very dog-friendly. We stayed at this beautiful hotel by the lake and had a wonderful time. The rooms were romantic and well furnished. We were lucky to have a room with a view of the lake, so we could enjoy the breathtaking scenery. The hotel's location, right on the coast of the lake, was perfect for us. We could easily take a boat to Zurich or drive into the city, which was just a short distance away. We also loved going for walks along the lake, it was very relaxing.

It is also just a short walk away from the Kusnacht train station, making it convenient for travel. The rooms are large, filled with light, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. Additionally, the hotel offers a state-of-the-art fitness center, a garden, a beach, and two enjoyable restaurants.

The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the train station and with magnificent views of the lake. the room was spacious and well-decorated, offering a comfortable stay. the staff was friendly and attentive, always willing to help with any request.

The room had no air conditioning, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably during hot summer nights. We had to open the window which compromised our privacy and allowed street noise to enter.
