The value for money at this hotel was fantastic, and we were impressed with the beautiful room decor and comfortable amenities. The location was ideal, just across the road from the Metro, and the staff treated us with great kindness and helpfulness throughout our stay.

The location was well-suited for exploring the main town and some rooms offered beautiful lake views. it was a great value for money with excellent service.

We had a great time staying at this hotel during our trekking trip with friends. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the metro stop "délices" and close to the beautiful lake. We loved starting our mornings on the balcony with a cup of coffee, enjoying the view of the surrounding area. The room was comfortable and clean, with a spacious bathroom and excellent service from the staff. The breakfast had a wide selection of fresh and delicious options. The spa facilities were also enjoyable, especially the heated pool.

The hotel lacks charm and character. It feels more like a conference center than a genuine hotel.

The complimentary welcome drink and chocolate were a nice gesture. the hotel's location was fantastic, right by the metro and close to restaurants and shops. the room had a great view of the city.

The breakfast buffet was expensive and not worth the price. the air conditioning unit in the room was quite loud and kept waking me up at night.

A luxurious and exclusive hotel venue, here I found all the amenities I was looking for. the Spa & wellness centre, the indoor swimming pool, the sauna, and the massage service, all given by expert personnel. the room advantages are unique, with very comfortable beds and high-quality linen. the restaurant has special diet menus, and the bar/lounge area has delicious beverages. The location advantages are remarkable, with BBQ facilities, sun terrace, sun loungers, a garden area and a spa centre. Cons: I noticed only one minor issue - the beauty treatments are not included in the room fee, and they can be expensive.
