We had a fantastic stay at Chalet Royalp Hotel & Spa. Our purpose was to relax and enjoy a break from our busy lives, and this hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The breakfast was delicious and the spa facilities were immaculate. We loved the convenient location across from the train station, and the option for a shuttle service if needed. In addition, the staff made our honeymooning nephew and his bride feel special by upgrading their room. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and had amazing views. The indoor pool and private spa were also highlights of our stay. We highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and memorable experience.

This hotel is the epitome of luxury. The exclusive amenities include a stunning indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath and spa lounge. The beauty treatments and massages offered in the treatment room were incredibly relaxing. In the restaurant, the special diet menus were all delicious and the continental breakfast was outstanding. The bar/lounge area was perfect for a pre-dinner drink. The private facilities in the room were top-notch, including an in-room breakfast option. The location advantages were unbeatable, with stunning views and a delightful garden area.

Although this hotel was practically flawless, there was only one minor issue. The entertainment was virtually non-existent during my stay.

The spa services are impressive, perfect way to start the new year. The hotel location is amazing, with breathtaking views and close to local attractions. The breakfast buffet exceeded expectations with a wide range of options to choose from. The housekeeping service is also remarkable, keeping the room clean and organized.

The wait staff at the restaurant could improve, as the service was not very attentive. The menu was limited, and the food quality did not meet expectations for the price.

We had a room with a connecting door, and unfortunately, we could hear everything our neighbors were saying and doing. Sleep was nearly impossible. However, the hotel itself is beautifully designed, and the spa and pool are excellent. I would recommend this hotel, despite the noise issue.
