The hotel is located right in the center, perfect in the middle of everything. Guests can enjoy the city's attractions within a short walk. Additionally, the hotel has a beautiful piano bar in two separated areas, creating a lovely atmosphere for guests to relax and enjoy a drink.

Some guests have mentioned that the staff during the check-in process was not very friendly, giving a bad first impression.

During my stay over Christmas, the hotel offered us complimentary mulled wine and mince pies in the lobby, which was a lovely touch. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city, with many top attractions within walking distance. the room service was speedy and the food was delicious, especially the local specialties.

The prices for everything else in the hotel were exorbitant. The room was small and the facilities were outdated.

The service was impeccable and exceeded my expectations. The bar and lounge area was designed with sophistication and made for a perfect night out. The hotel's location had many advantages as it was close to the lake and within walking distance to the city's top attractions.

The only minor issue was the continental breakfast, which was quite basic and lacked any hot options. However, this can easily be overlooked as there are plenty of restaurants close by to choose from.
